Headway is a Digital Advertising company, growing in a very fast-paced environment. With the expansion of our in-house Mobile marketing platform, MoBrain, we offer exciting opportunities on all experience levels for our office based in Barcelona.   

Our team in Barcelona has proven itself as a major actor in mobile advertising landscape. We are operating in many countries and continent such as Middle East, America, Europe and South East Asia.   

1) We are seeking for:  

A Mobile Sales Publisher to help our distribution team to grow our inventory and reach client expectations. You will have to develop and grow your own publisher portfolio, work in collaboration with the teams and show your ability to close opportunities.  

2) Your Mission:

 - Develop and Grow your own publisher portfolio: grow and manage your own pipeline with regular tracking of contacts and proposals.

- Grow and Manage a team of publisher sales.

- Work collaboratively with the Publisher team to identify the needs of the distribution and look for the right opportunities.

- Keep up-to-date with the mobile advertising industry at all times, and use this knowledge to grow your accounts and find new leads.

- Demonstrate a high activity in terms of prospecting and a strong ability to close opportunities.

- Be a mobile consultant and team player for your partners by providing user acquisition guidance and feedback while selling the company’s products and services.

- Contribute to the overall success of the distribution team and the company as a whole by constantly fighting to achieve stronger results.

  

3) Our Requirements:

 - Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or related field.

- Fluency and strong communication skills in written and spoken English is mandatory. Another Language is a plus.

- Previous experience in Sales/Business development (at least 1 year in the mobile advertising industry)

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Strong commitment to achieve success and deliver bottom-line results.

- Enthusiastic, positive attitude, team player, yet discipline and detailed oriented.

- Entrepreneurial spirit - you work independently and do not require micromanagement.

- Be capable to work outside of your comfort zone, prioritize on your tasks and work under high pressure environment.
